3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in MYR unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment must be made before any order is processed.
Payments are handled via secure third-party payment gateways. A Gift Lab does not store or have access to customers’ full payment card details.
4. Orders & Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
Full payment has been successfully received, and
An order confirmation has been issued by A Gift Lab
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other operational reasons.
5. Customised & Personalised Orders
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items:
Cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has commenced
Require customers to carefully check and confirm all details (names, spelling, messages, dates) before submission
A Gift Lab shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Additional charges may apply for redelivery or special delivery arrangements.
7. Self-Collection
Where self-collection is offered, customers must collect their orders within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or disposal of items without refund.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
Cancellations must be requested before order processing or production begins.
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for:
Customised or personalised items
Change-of-mind purchases
Minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation
For non-customised items, any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, together with clear supporting photos.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify A Gift Lab within 48 hours of receiving the order. We reserve the right to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.
